Release Notes: What did webBox bring in Q2?
We keep working to make the webBox ecosystem even more useful for you. In our latest overview of innovations from the past three months, we bring you the key features that reduce the administrative burden and simplify your everyday business processes. Here is a selection of the most important ones.

More efficient attendance without needless bureaucracy
- Automatic ePN retrieval: thanks to the link with the Social Insurance Agency, you no longer need to process ePNs manually. This means less paperwork and an up-to-date overview of absences at all times (available as an add-on).
- Mandatory overtime: a new overtime tracking system with straightforward approval, automatic processing and direct integration with the payroll system (available as an add-on).
- Group permissions in webReader: you can easily specify who is authorised to use the web interface, the mobile app or to log absences.
- Further improvements: we have added new export options to the MKsoft and Helios Inuvio payroll systems, the option to transfer balances, the ability to view inactive employees from the archive, and more flexible settings for meal voucher entitlements.

Better driving log automation
Managing business trips is now much smoother:
- Integration with the Commander system: automatic import of journeys with regular synchronisation every 30 minutes and their direct allocation to vehicles (available as an add-on).
- Enhanced administration: we have expanded permissions (including the option to lock editing of past periods), added cost categories for goods and services, and modified the logbook print report to include a detailed view of receipts.

Faster meal management
We optimised communication between the client and the server for more reliable kiosks. You can now also pick a combined order directly from the exchange, and the settings for mobile meal distribution have been improved.

Modern visits
Visits are now fully driven by QR codes. They allow a quick check-in from the invitation and even automatic opening of the barrier. We also added more convenient search by surname and management of e-mail attachments.
What are we planning for the future?
- Transactions via QR codes: simple time and attendance management by scanning a code.
- GeoFencing: recording and monitoring of transactions based on geographical location.
- webMan: a new digital manual that will simplify access to instructions.
